Lawrence Case – Non-Executive Director (Chairman)

Larry is the Chairman of Nightingale Partners and an executive director of Phoenix Development Fund Ltd, a private equity firm that provides expansion capital to rapidly growing businesses.

Larry has a strong commercial background and a proven track record in building businesses by way of acquistion. The market capitalisation of his first publicly–listed venture grew from $0.8 million to $40 million during the eight years that he was Managing Director.

Larry has an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania, and a BSc from the University of Illinois.

Christian Bernecker - Non-Executive Director

Christian is an Executive Director of Nightingale Partners Pty Limited, a private equity firm that provides expansion capital to growing businesses and a substantial shareholder in LongReach. Christian has broad investment experience including identifying and executing investments and has successfully managed the IPO process of Flat Glass Industries Limited and Datasquirt Limited. Christian is currently a Non-Executive Director of Unibic Australia Pty Limited, Catalogue Central Pty Limited and several other private companies.

Christian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ballarat.

Peter Harrison - Executive Director

Peter Harrison is an Executive Director of C4i Pty Ltd, the primary operating business in the Longreach Group. Peter has broad experience in business development, product and general management of the C4i business, with over 18 years in the defence and communications industry both in Australia and overseas.

Peter is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds both a Bachelors Degree and Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering.
